How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes after your payment clears. Your live tracker shows exactly where things stand — no need to guess.
Which apps can I use to pay?
Any QR Ph–enabled bank app or e-wallet works — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Maya, and others. If it can scan a QR Ph code, it'll work here.
Can I top up a different GCash number?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's number during checkout. Double-check it — once the send is done, it can't be undone.
Where do I get my order updates?
We'll email a claim voucher to the address you enter at checkout. That email is how you confirm your order and unlock the GCash send.
Why does a product show as unavailable?
Products lock when operator capacity is low. It's temporary — they open back up automatically. Check again in a few minutes.
I typed the wrong GCash number. What now?
Contact support right away with your order reference. If the send hasn't happened yet, we may be able to correct it.
I didn't get the email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Contact support with your order reference and we'll sort it out.
Is this safe?
Payments run through QR Ph bank infrastructure — the same rails your bank uses. We never see or store your GCash credentials, and fulfillment details stay server-side.
